Do you ever get really honest with yourself about what you deeply, truly, wholeheartedly desire?

Not the…’this will do’ list. Not settling for less than you deserve.

I’m talking about the real deal. Tuning into your inner voice and allowing yourself to honour those things in life that are calling you to experience, express and connect with.

The deepest desires for your life, your work, your art/craft, your business, your finances, your relationships, your home, your health, your body, your lifestyle, your calendar?

Financial freedom, residual income, meaningful and fulfilling work, connection, contribution, sisterhood, community, romance, joy, location freedom, traveling the world, eating organic food, weekly massages, exceptional holistic healthcare, mani/pedi’s, the home by the beach, philanthropy, retiring your parents, doing what you want when you want it and delegating out the rest + inspiring and supporting others to do live their desires for themselves and their families!

And for some reason, it has taken me a long time to get to this point. To truly tap into what I really desire and to claim them! To no longer dream about them but to call them in and ask for guidance and then to say yes to doing things a little differently but with a whole lot of love. I use to daydream about my desires but never really honour that they were possible for me.

The fastest way to living a life you love is to help bring love into the life of others.

Now this is not coming from a space of ‘needing’ these things, they are simply my deep desires and dreams to experience in this life. Whether it happens or not, i’m no longer letting myself shy away from getting honest with myself about what I want in life.

I am a total advocate of gratitude, through and through and this post has nothing to do with dismissing the beauty, gift and growth that I am currently experiencing in all areas of my life in this very chapter and moment in life.

It has everything to do with getting honest with myself and LIVING MY TRUTH!

To no longer hold back out of fear, to but step up into love.

Especially in the ‘spiritual’ world it can be so easy to say ‘it’s all good’ and dismiss what you truly desire and what your soul yearns to create, taste, see, experience and ultimately…be. Anyone else relate?

So if you have never done this before, I hereby give you 100% permission to get honest with yourself and shine some light on YOUR TRUTH, on your DESIRES and on what is CALLING you forth.

We came here to experience it ALL: the good, the bad, the beautiful and the ugly, the hard and the easy, the limitations and the limitlessness.

But we also didn’t come here in this life of ours to stay hidden, limited and small.

We can choose otherwise.

We can choose to ‘learn’ (unlearn) how to LIVE ALL OF OUR TRUTH.

So there comes a point on the path (many times actually), that its time to claim what you truly desire in your life.

And it actually is not about the ‘outcome’ or the ‘house’ or the ‘business income’, its is really about WHO YOU BECOME and who you connect with along the way.

I believe our desires are there to introduce us to ourselves; of who we deep down know ourselves to be and what is possible for us.

Our dreams and desires call us to step up and out of our comfort zone. To choose to do things we wouldn’t usually do and to experience ‘all’ of ourselves.

The truth is, the best way you can inspire and help others is to go out and live it for yourself.

You are gonna be the most helpful person to your family, community, country and the world when you are HAPPY, HEALTHY AND WEALTHY!

The more you have, the more you can give.

The more you shine, the more light you are providing others along their path.

The more you have to nourish you, the more you can provide nourishment to others.

Think about the people you hang around with the most: home, family, friends, coworkers, team mates etc…who is shining the brightest? Who is inspiring you the most? Who is a magnet that you feel drawn to?

What qualities do they posses?

How are they living their life?

Are they holding back or are they on the path to living their truth?

Why do we have to be shamed about what we truly want in our lives?

Why do we have to turn down our desires, our achievements, our success?

What is really stopping us from claiming what we truly want?

  • permission to do so
  • not wanting to be rejected by those who currently approve of us
  • not knowing the ‘how’
  • our beliefs that limit our potential; especially our money beliefs
  • fear of the unknown
  • comfort in what we know now
  • not being willing to experience a different side of ourselves
  • shame, guilt and ultimately fear. Fear we will not be accepted, approved of, respected or safe.

Perhaps its the feeling of getting honest with ourselves that scares the crap out of us. Because it is all about letting go of the person we once were and growing into the person we need to become in order to experience our dreams and deepest desires.

Change is not always easy. It is not always fun or enjoyable. It can be messy, hard, scary & overwhelming. And yet, it is in the messiness of life that we learn who we really are and what we are really capable of.

So I encourage youΒ  to go NOW and start writing down ALL (the big and the small) the things you truly and deeply DESIRE, because you would SIMPLY LOVE TO EXPERIENCE THEM, not that you ‘need them’.

THEN…ask for guidance, call it in, trust where you feel led to, say yes, say no, get use to being uncomfortable and surround yourself with people who are going for and living their desires.

Here’s to the gift of truth; telling it, acknowledging it, living it and BEING it.

Your truth is the path to all that you desire, whats your next step?

Much love,

Ellena
